Built for every size of church

From the small plant to the multi-campus

One platform that scales with you. No more piecing together loose YouTube playlists, dusty PDFs and verbal hand-overs.

Under 100

The small church

One sound desk, one camera, one ProPresenter laptop, two willing volunteers. You need a way to train them once, properly, without writing 40 pages of internal docs nobody reads.
  • £20/mo Starter plan covers up to 10 team members
  • Self-paced video lessons + 30-Q quizzes per module
  • You sign people off when they’re ready
100 – 500

The mid-size church

A growing tech rota, multiple instruments on stage, livestream every week. You’re juggling specialist roles — ATEM op, lighting designer, FOH engineer — and onboarding new volunteers every month.
  • Assign per-trainee module paths with deadlines
  • Schedule hands-on dates so practice actually happens
  • Notifications keep you and volunteers in sync
500+

The mega / multi-campus

Multiple venues, dozens of volunteers, broadcast standards. You need consistency across campuses and a single source of truth for “trained on this role” — not a different spreadsheet per location.
  • £40/mo Pro plan with unlimited team members
  • Bulk-assign modules + deadlines to whole campuses
  • Filter, search, and audit any team member
For every volunteer

Built for everyone on your team

Whether they’re picking up a fader for the very first time or running cameras like a pro, the same library scales to where they are.

The first-timer

Never touched a camera, console or ProPresenter before. Bite-sized videos, gentle quizzes and hands-on practice get them from “what does this button do?” to confident operator in a few Sundays.

The leveller-upper

Already on the team but wants to learn the next role — sound, lighting, cameras, ProPresenter, Ableton. Every module is unlocked from day one so they can stretch into whatever they’re curious about.

The team lead

You see everyone’s progress in one dashboard. Assign modules with deadlines, approve hands-on practice with a session date, sign people off when they’re ready, and get notified the moment something needs your attention.

How it works

Watch a volunteer come together, one part at a time

Every operator on your team is assembled like precision gear — module by module, quiz by quiz, sign-off by sign-off. Here is the full journey, from first login to fully cleared to run a Sunday.

They learn — then prove it, not just watch it

190+ hand-picked video lessons walk them through the gear. Then a 30+ question quiz with a 90% pass mark proves real understanding. Questions reshuffle every attempt, so there’s no faking it.

3Hands-on & sign-off

From quiz-passed to cleared for a live Sunday

Passing a quiz isn’t the finish line. They request hands-on practice; you approve with a session date and a note; you sign them off only when they’re genuinely ready. Confidence — not just competence.

Approve hands-on with a date + note, trainee emailed instantly
No self-marking — only you can clear someone for a role

Every feature you need

Built for the way church tech actually runs

Volunteers have limited time. Admins juggle 12 priorities. Every feature here was shaped by real church-tech reality.

Assign modules with deadlines

Open a team member, search the catalogue, tick the modules they need, set a due date per module. They get an email immediately with what’s required and by when.

Per-trainee, per-module deadlines · Batch-assign at once

Schedule hands-on training

When a member is quiz-passed and ready for live practice, approve their request with a session date and a note. They get an email with the date in their inbox.

Approve → pick a date → trainee notified

Email notifications, both ways

Members get emailed when modules are assigned, when hands-on is approved, when they’re signed off. You get emailed when they complete a module or are ready for sign-off.

Team-member management

Add a name, email and PIN. Edit any of the three later. Search and filter by name. Bulk-assign to many people at once. Remove anyone with one click.

PIN auto-generated · Filter view for focused work

Hands-on sign-off discipline

Trainees can’t self-mark a role complete. They watch the videos, pass the 90% quiz, then request your sign-off. Confidence, not just competence.

Mirrors how real church tech teams train people

One dashboard, everyone visible

See every member, every module they’re working on, quiz scores, pending hands-on requests, deadlines, overdue items in red. Click any cell to reset, audit, or read a score.

Deadline pills: overdue / due soon / on track

Real quizzes — 30+ per module

1,180+ questions across the catalogue, each tied to the video content. 90% pass mark proves real understanding, not just video-watching. Questions reshuffle each attempt.

Open-textbook style with explanations

190+ embedded video lessons

Curated from the best church-A/V/L teachers: ETC, Blackmagic, Premiere Gal, Ripple Training, Curtis Judd, Pro Church Lights, and more.

Hand-checked · “Mark as watched” tracks progress

Animated lesson diagrams

Every lesson includes a custom inline-SVG diagram that visualises the concept — signal flow, console layout, EQ curves, light cones — with subtle animation. The page teaches.

Questions

Common questions

If your question isn’t here, email info@faithframemedia.com — we come back same-day.

Is this for my size of church?

Yes. The platform was designed from day one to scale from the 60-seat plant to multi-campus operations. Starter (£20/mo, up to 10 team members) fits small-to-mid churches. Pro (£40/mo, unlimited) fits everyone else. You can switch any time from your admin dashboard with no data loss.

How do deadlines and notifications work?

When you assign a module, you optionally set a due date per module per team member. They see their deadlines on their dashboard with colour-coded pills (green if on track, amber if due within 7 days, red if overdue). They get an email the moment you assign, and another when changes are made.

How does hands-on training scheduling work?

Team members watch the videos, pass the 90% quiz, then request hands-on approval. You see the request on your admin dashboard. Click Approve, pick a session date, write an optional note — they get emailed the date immediately. After the session, they request sign-off, you confirm, they’re cleared to operate that role.

Will my existing team find this useful, or just newcomers?

Both. Newcomers get a structured first-Sunday-ready path. Experienced volunteers use it to learn the next role — the camera operator who wants ProPresenter, the lighting tech who wants to step onto sound. Every module is unlocked from day one.

Are new modules really added every month?

Yes. New gear, new firmware, new church A/V/L workflows. Updates to existing modules are pushed automatically — your team always sees the latest. No extra cost. No new plan to buy.

What if we want to cancel?

You can cancel from your admin dashboard in two clicks. You keep access until the end of the current billing period, then your portal locks. Your data stays preserved so if you ever come back, your team progress is right where they left it.
